This page explains how to request deletion of your Junoon11 account and personal data. You can delete directly inside the app, or request deletion via support email if you cannot access the app.
Important
Account deletion may remove access to your profile and some content permanently.

Overview
Junoon11 allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data. Deletion can be initiated inside the app or by contacting support if you cannot access your account.
We may ask for verification to protect your account and prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
Tip: The easiest method is to delete inside the mobile app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account
Delete in the App
To delete your account using the mobile app:
- Open Junoon11 and sign in.
- Go to: Profile → Settings → Delete Account
- Read the confirmation details carefully.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
- If available, you may get a restore/undo window of up to 30 days (see Restore section).
Delete via Web Request
Email us at support@junoon11.com and include:
- Your registered email address (or phone number, if your account uses phone login).
- Your username (if known).
- A short message: “Please delete my account and associated personal data.”
- If you are unable to log in, explain the issue (e.g., lost access).
We may ask for additional verification to make sure the request is coming from the account owner.
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email.
What Gets Deleted
When your deletion request is completed, we aim to remove or anonymize personal data such as:
- Account profile details (name, email/phone if applicable, avatar/profile photo).
- Private app data tied to your identity (auth tokens, sessions, device tokens).
- Personal preferences/settings linked to your account.
- User-uploaded images that are tied to your personal account profile (where applicable).
What We May Retain
- Security logs and audit trails (for fraud/abuse prevention).
- Records required by law or to enforce our terms (if applicable).
- Public match/tournament/series stats may remain as historical records; where possible, we may remove personal identifiers and show as anonymous.
Some data may be retained for legal, security, and operational reasons. Where possible, it is minimized and/or anonymized.
Timeline
Typical deletion timeline:
- Request received: immediately (in-app) or when support confirms receipt (email).
- Verification: may be required (usually within 1–3 business days).
- Deletion processing: typically completed within up to 30 days after verification.
Note: Timing can vary depending on legal requirements, security checks, and operational constraints.
Restore / Undo Deletion
If Junoon11 provides a restore window, you can cancel deletion by signing in again and using the “Restore Account” option (if shown in the app during login).
- Restore window (if enabled): up to 30 days.
- After the restore window ends, deletion may become permanent.
- If you need help restoring, email support with your registered email/phone.
If your account enters a “scheduled for deletion” state, you may be able to restore it during the allowed window.
Verification
To keep accounts secure, we may verify your identity before processing deletion, for example:
- Confirming the request from your registered email address.
- Requesting a confirmation step inside the app.
- Additional checks if suspicious activity is detected.
Troubleshooting
- Can’t find Delete Account option? Update the app to the latest version and check Settings.
- Forgot password? Use the password reset option on the login screen.
- Account disabled/inactive? Contact support (include the error shown).
- No email access? Tell support what you can verify (e.g., phone login, username, last activity).
